TERMS & CONDITIONS
We ship our custom print maps across Australia (sorry no international postage outside Australia as yet). Express tracked postage to metropolitan areas and major centres such as Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, is included in the product price.
Shipping at the standard rate takes approximately 5-8 business days. Once your order is placed online, it will then be printed, packaged, and shipped. We will then send you the tracking number.
We currently do not offer overnight or fast-post options but if you have any specific requirements, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we can see what we can do to help.
Remember, some of the custom prints can be quite large! If you're ordering anything above A4 size please be aware that if someone won't be home to collect the item, there should be a safe place for it to be kept outside.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Although we are totally confident that you will love your custom printed map, we appreciate that sometimes gifts don't always hit the mark so if your present falls flat or for some other reason you'd like to return your custom print, we provide a full money back guarantee minus the return shipping cost. We also expect that any returns are in purchase-condition and returned to us in original or equivalent packaging (just to make sure there are no accidents in transit!).
